By accessing or using Must Material (available at mustmaterial.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
Must Material is a free, open-access educational platform. No account or sign-up is required. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the platform.

Use of the Platform
Must Material grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

User-Submitted Content
Must Material allows students to upload their own study notes and materials via the Upload feature. By submitting content to the platform, you:
- Confirm you have the right to share the content
- Grant Must Material a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content for educational purposes
- Acknowledge that your contribution may be peer-reviewed before being published
- Accept that contributors may receive recognition badges as appreciation
Must Material reserves the right to remove any submitted content that violates these terms, is inaccurate, or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.
04 — IP
Intellectual Property
All original content, design, layout, and branding elements of Must Material are the intellectual property of Must Material and its creator. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without explicit permission.
Educational materials uploaded by students remain the property of their respective creators. Must Material does not claim ownership over user-submitted content.
05 — Disclaimer
Disclaimer of Warranties
Must Material provides all content and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any study material on the platform. Always verify information with your official textbooks and teachers.
Must Material is not responsible for exam results, academic outcomes, or decisions made based on content found on this platform.
06 — Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Must Material and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of Must Material shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform — which is zero, as Must Material is entirely free.
